This champagne spent a year submerged in the depths of the Atlantic Ocean, a process inspired by the discovery of a 170-year-old shipment of champagne perfectly preserved under the sea. This unique aging process infuses the champagne with the mysteries of the ocean, delivering a flavor that’s as deep and complex as the abyss itself.

At the heart of the Seven Stars Bar are our 12 signature cocktails, each one meticulously crafted to embody the essence of a zodiac sign. Every detail is considered, down to the personalized leather coasters that accompany each drink, adorned with a four-line poem that captures the spirit of the sign.
